Sapient i7 win the rising Star Award by Salesforce for Consulting Partner who has shown exceptional growth over the last 12 months.

On the 27th & 28th June, the Sapient i7 team headed down to the annual Salesforce Partner Regatta. It’s a fantastic couple of days that really brings together the Partner community and recognises the excellence amongst implementation partners and ISV’s in both the UK and Ireland.

During the Partner Regatta Sapient i7 was awarded the Rising star award for the partner who has shown exceptional growth over the last 12 months. Sapient i7 won the Salesforce Rising Star 2018 award. The team were absolutely delighted that the hard work and customer success achieved over the last year had been recognised by Salesforce.

The Winning Story: Solution Overview

RoboRecruiter is one of the largest AI chatbot platforms targeting the recruitment industry. Its multichannel RPA (Robotic Process Automation) enables recruitment agencies to engage candidates at scale and return key information rapidly. RoboRecruiter automates conversations with candidates on their preferred channel achieving higher levels of engagement with candidates than traditional communication. RoboRecruiter removes administration from recruiters’ day to day activities saving time and money and drastically reducing the deal cycle. 

Increasingly, RoboRecruiter’s customers are using ATS solutions built on Salesforce to track applications and manage candidate engagement. Conventially, CRM, ATS and AI Chat technology have operated as disparate systems, resulting in poor data quality and user experience.

Sapient i7 were selected to design a solution with a seamless user experience across the three core functions (CRM, ATS, AI Chatbot). Core objectives of the project were to:

Maximize the value of the data collected via candidate conversations provide a seamless user experience that drives adoption of the tool bring an MVP (minimal viable product) to market quickly to capitalise on the Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV) channel to drive market share and revenue 

Sapient i7 designed and built the MVP solution in 4 weeks and will now continuously innovate the MVP to build out a fully featured offering. This MVP has enabled RoboRecruiter to attract initial customers via the ISV channel, eclipsing their competition and winning valuable market share. The project resulted in increased recruiter productivity, reduced recruitment cycles, increased levels of client satisfaction and increased market share.


How did Sapient i7 align with RoboRecruiter long-term goals?

Based on the success of this project, Sapient i7 have been selected as the preferred digital SI for RoboRecruiter. Sapient i7 have built a dedicated recruitment practice to support RoboRecruiter, led by a practice lead with over 22 years recruitment experience and supported by veteran recruitment and Salesforce specialists.

Sapient i7 are now working on 3 more projects for RoboRecruiter to extend their initial offering and extend their AI chatbot solution with other Salesforce ISV’s, such as Kimble.
